Usually orders are processed within 3 to 5 days. however, orders should be placed as soon as possible to avoid rush fees. If holidays are approching please be sure to allow extra time to account for any delays due to shipping and possibly closure. If you need to place a last minute order please contact us using the get a quote form. We will let you know if we can accommodate your order. If we can accoaccommodate you we will send you an invoice for payment.
You can simply palce an order by:
1.) Order directly from a product listing on our website for pre-designed and custom items.
OR
2.) Contact us sung the Get a Quote form to request a specific item. You will be emailed an invoice to submit payment.
ALL items are "MADE TO ORDER" specifically made according to a customer's request.
Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 working days depending on the size and type of the order. For custom orders there is an extended production time when a custom design is needed. In the case that an order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend please allow an additional 2 working days.
Blanks are defined as items purchased for the purpose of decoarating. We provide the blanks for orders, unless there is a specific item the customer would like to have something printed on. If you provide the garment for printing we ask that you provide a new or like new and clean garment. However, we are not RESPONSIBLE for customer supplied garments. We have the right to deny service on customer supplied items. Also, We are NOT respresponsible for faulty production on customer supplied embroidery garments.
